Abstract:

Cervicogenic headache (CH) may be a unilateral headache which will unfold to the frontal- temporal and orbital regions and has been outlined by the International Headache Society as “pain, referred from a supply within the neck” [1]. The prevalence of CH is around four-dimensional within the general population starting from 15 August 1945 to twenty of all headaches [2-4]. The C2 dorsal neural structure is positioned at intervals the confinement of the C2 gap between the inferior margin of the posterior arch of atlas and also the superior margin of the plate of axis and occupies concerning seventy six of the offered foraminal height [8,9]. The ligaments within the higher cervical segments facilitate guide traditional movement patterns, and supply passive stability [10]. Ligaments show relative flexibility around a “neutral” position.
