Abstract:

Objective: to explain our expertise of mistreatment superior artery perforator flap for coverage of sacral defects. Results: The procedures were in deep trouble defects of the sacral space. Flap size ranged from twenty x nine cm to nine x4 cm. All flaps survived utterly and every one donor websites were closed primarily with none donor site complication. Conclusion: we have a tendency to believe that the superior artery perforator flap could be a appropriate choice for defects within the sacral space. However, additional studies with larger numbers ar needed before it will become a mainstay for this region.
