Abstract:

Objective: to explain our expertise of mistreatment superior artery perforator flap for coverage of sacral defects.

Results: The procedures were in deep trouble defects of the sacral space. Flap size ranged from twenty x nine cm to nine x4 cm. All flaps survived utterly and every one donor websites were closed primarily with none donor site complication.
